If nothing else is agreed upon in

writing in advance: When ININDI

give you a proposal you must not

develop the same before you

have got a confirmation from

ININDI that you are selected to

undertake the same, and how

you will do it, including for which

geographical area – if actual. Only

after that ININDI has reconfirmed

that you/your company has got

the responsibility for the development of the suggested

proposal you can go ahead with implementing the proposal.

problems. Don’t be afraid of them – like them instead as they

help us to do the business. Anything can be agreed upon in

advance, or after, in writing if both parties so agree – but the

standard default terms here are valid if and when we have

not agreed to anything else in writing.
